Nach extremer Hardwareprobleme auf der Servermaschine läuft nun wieder alles.<\/p>\n

Beide Festplatten sind ausgefallen und so mussten wir vom 9. Januar 2013 ein Backup wiederherstellen, das also um die 2 Tage alt war. Dies tut uns leid, aber das Backup vom 10. Januar war kompromittiert mit sehr wahrscheinlich fehlerhaften Daten aufgrund der sterbenden Festplatten.<\/p>\n

Unser Serverhoster Hetzner bleibt dabei uns mitzuteilen, dass Festplatten Verbrauchsgegenstände sind und, dass es normal ist, dass Festplatten ausfallen. Naja, 5 Festplatten in 6 Monaten? Das fällt uns schwer zu glauben. Auch deswegen, weil wir seit fast 10 Jahren Rootserver betreiben und bis zu dieser Maschine 1 oder 2 defekte Festplatten zu verzeichnen hatten…<\/p>\n
