Remove account

This web based tool will help you remove your Jabber/XMPP account including all data from our server. Your JID (Jabber IDentifier) will be in the form of username@jabberserver, for example johndoe@jabber.hot-chilli.net. Please read carefully the instructions, complete the fields and your account will be gone in less than two minutes.

But do you really want this? Think twice about it. Your account cannot be restored once deleted!



  • Your JID in the form of username@jabberserver, for example johndoe@jabber.hot-chilli.net.
  • As the JID is case-insensitive, username@jabberserver is the same as UserName@JabberServer.
  • A JID must not contain any of these characters: " ' & / : < > or space





4. Remove account

If you have filled the required fields, click on the button to proceed the deletion. Attention: If everything was filled out correctly the account will be deleted without any further interaction and cannot be restored!
