Please also stop bugging us with useless questions like "Where is my OTP code?" because we do not know what an "OTP code" is. Log into your account to check if somebody sent you a message with the content you are looking for.

You can log into your Jabber/XMPP account by using any client software available. Like Gajim for Windows/Linux, Jitsi Desktop for Windows/Linux/OSX, Kaidan for Linux/Android, Pix-Art Messenger for Android, Conversations for Android, ChatSecure for iOS or Monal IM for iOS. The easiest way is our web client.
